HOSA is a national organization whose purpose is to develop leadership and technical HOSA skill competencies through a program of motivation, awareness and recognition, which is an integral part of the Health Science Education instructional program.

Any student attending the Center for Public Health and Advanced Medical Studies may participate in Center HOSA.  By having our own HOSA program in the Center, we are able to allow students from the 5 different high schools in our district to compete together on teams.

Last year, we took 52 students to State Leadership Conference in Charleston, SC and 17 qualified for the International Leadership Conference at Disney World this past June.  14 students went to ILC.
