You’re invited! Staying Safe Online Friday, April 26, 7 p.m.
The Attorney General’s Office has designated this week, April 22–26, as SC Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force’s Staying Safe Online Week in an effort to raise awareness and promote ways to minimize the inherent risks of children being active online.
You are invited by the Attorney General’s Office and WIS TV to Meadow Glen Middle School Friday, April 26, at 7 p.m. for a town hall meeting. There will be a presentation and time for questions.
Meadow Glen Middle is located at 440 Ginny Lane in Lexington.

Register for Alive at 25 Classes at www.scaliveat25.org.
Parents/Students may register online or by phone. Payments may be made online or by phone; otherwise money orders may be mailed to the SCNSC office. Payment must be received prior to the class date.
Alive at 25 is offered through the SC National Safety Council. It is an early intervention program that helps prevent traffic violations, collisions and fatalities. All Lexington District One students are required to take this course in order to purchase a parking pass.

It is time to register for the courses you would like to take during the 2013-2014 school year! Be sure to follow the directions below to successfully register for classes.
Step 1: View your current course requests by accessing LexConnect:
* Go to Lexington1.net and select “LexConnect”
* Enter your username and password
* Select “My grades and attendance”
* Select “Class Registration”
*Note: do you have fewer than 7.5 credits listed? If so, be sure to add courses on your registration form.
Step 2: WKHS 2013-2014 Course Registration:
* Everyone must submit this form as your official course registration request by March 22th! Even if you do not want to make any changes, we still require two(2) alternate courses as well as the signature page.
* Select the following link: WKHS Registration Link
