Administrators

Dr. KaRon L. Webb brings nearly two decades of experience in public education. A collaborative and student-centered leader, he is dedicated to academic excellence, strong relationships, and creating a positive school culture where students and staff can thrive. 

Dr. Webb has served in leadership and instructional roles across several South Carolina school districts, including Richland School District Two, Chester County School District, Aiken County Public School District, Beaufort County School District, and Lexington County School District One.  A proud graduate of South Carolina State University, he earned multiple degrees from the university.

A native of South Carolina's Lowcountry, Dr. Webb was born in Charleston and raised in Beaufort County. Outside of school, he enjoys watching sports, traveling with his family, and exploring new places together. He believes that the same values that shape strong families—relationships, trust, and shared experiences—also help build strong schools and communities.

I am thrilled to be serving in my 6th year as Assistant Principal. Before stepping into administration, I spent nine years in the classroom at White Knoll teaching U.S. History and American Government to our incredible students. Prior to teaching, I received my Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Secondary Education from Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC.

Amy Blackburn is originally from Saginaw, Michigan but has called South Carolina home since 1999. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Masters of Education in Educational Administration. She also holds an Education Specialist degree in Literacy from Converse College. 

Mrs. Blackburn has served the White Knoll community since 2003, first as an English teacher at White Knoll High School until 2021. She then transitioned to White Knoll Middle School as the Lead Interventionist/Instructional Coach for the 21-22 school year. In July of 2022 she began serving as an assistant principal at White Knoll High School. When not at school, Mrs. Blackburn enjoys volunteering in the youth bowling community, traveling with her husband to see their children, traveling abroad, and reading.

Hello Timberwolves!  My name is Mr. Brayman.  I am excited to be entering my 4th year at White Knoll High School.  I am originally from Tallahassee, FL.  I relocated to Lexington in 2016 and have loved every second of my life in South Carolina.  My wife, Michelle, and I have three children and enjoy spending time with them, cooking, and watching all of the Florida State sports I can.  At White Knoll I oversee the senior class as they prepare for life after high school, PACK time, and many other roles. #OnePACK 

Dr. Brown is in her 16th year in education and 2nd year as an assistant principal. Previously, she taught special education at the middle and high school levels. She is a native of Lexington County and lives in Lexington with her daughter and dogs. She earned her Bachelors and Master's degrees from Lander University and her Education Specialist and Doctoral degrees from Liberty University. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with family.

Ms. Long is excited to be apart of the White Knoll High School Community. She is from Columbia, South Carolina. She graduated from The College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Secondary Education.  She also holds a Master of Education and a Master of Education in Educational Supervision and Administration from Southern Wesleyan University.

Previously Ms. Long served as Assistant Principal at Meadow Glen Middle School, 6-12 Social Studies Specialist for Richland School District Two, and Social Studies Teacher at Irmo High School in Lexington School District Five. When not at school Dean Long enjoys cheering on the Gamecocks, listening to audiobooks, attending concerts and spending time with her family and the cutest dog on earth, Simba.

With nearly two decades of experience in Lexington One, Dr. Jennifer Steiner brings a wealth of instructional and administrative leadership to White Knoll High School. Originally from Bellaire, Ohio, Dr. Steiner completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at The Ohio State University, later earning her educational specialist degree from Arkansas State University and her doctorate from Liberty University.

Her career began in 2007 as a math and science teacher at White Knoll Middle School. When Meadow Glen Middle School opened in 2012, she helped establish its STEM program and robotics teams. She went on to serve as a digital learning coach at River Bluff High School before transitioning to school administration in 2019. After serving as an assistant principal at Gilbert High School, Dr. Steiner returned to the White Knoll community, where she has been an assistant principal since 2021.
